In these times of hate and greed, we need more than empty words and promises. We need more than time wasters. In these times of hate and greed, we need a remedy to get us through the pain.

The U.S. was the largest creditor in the world. Now the debt is in the trillions of dollars. Trillions of dollars transferred from the worlds richest and most powerful country. This is a form of destructive economic management at a level of graft and corruption that has NO parallel. There’s nothing comparable to that in history.

Politicians and businesses routinely use five techniques to get us to do what they want. Most of us get fooled or conned on a regular basis. Because the process of being fooled takes place inside our minds, it’s up to us to realize when we’re being taken.

I understand that your biggest problem is not the police or the government when Johnny next door has raped your daughter and/or stole your iPhone. It’s not the police that you’re worried about, when you look over your shoulder every time you use an ATM machine. But here’s the problem, while we’ve been busy fighting over nickles and dimes the very people we count on to protect us not only aren’t protecting us they are robbing us blind to the tune of $22 trillion dollars that we’ll never see. Stole from hard working people just like you and me by the very people who we pay to protect and serve.

The U.S. policy (includes tax policy, financial deregulation, trade policy, anti-labor policy, and much more.) for the past 35 years has been aggressively dedicated to shifting income share away from the poor and middle class and into the pockets of the already rich.

During an era in which the rich were getting richer anyway, we deliberately set out to reduce their tax burdens so that they could become even richer.

Our system is rigged. Unfair. Misdirection is an age-old tactic used by thieves of all kinds. It’s why pickpockets snatch wallets when they know we’re occupied by an outdoors concert or fireworks display or by reading our phones or books while we commute.

It’s not the result of mysterious global forces, or technology, or China, or structural problems concerning the skills and education of our workforce.

Rather, it is the direct result of policy choices made by Democrats and Republicans alike.

The bailouts resurrected high finance and the inequality it inevitably spawns.

Instead of putting our foot back on the neck of finance, we’re talking about slashing social programs. Rather than dramatically increasing taxes on the super-rich through a wealth tax, we’re debating how to slash Social Security and Medicare benefits.

We live in a time when elected politicians ignore the needs of their constituents; where the judiciary and police institutions will not uphold the rights of citizens; where the media are afraid to report the truth; where lawlessness abounds and ordinary people are left unprotected and defenseless against the rapacity of a few. The answer to our dilemma is for people of courage to actively help each other. Only if we unite can we succeed. That is the only way.

Congress and the Senate need to be held to one term. The founding fathers never intended there to be “career politicians”. Politician is not an occupation.

It does not matter if you voted Republican, Democrat or not at all, we have a choice and a responsibility to our children. To leave them a better world then the one that we inherited or not.

As things stand now, with federal taxes, state taxes, county tax, sales tax, property taxes, car tax, gas tax, phone taxes, etc. “They” take 4 months of our wages every year in taxes. For that kind of money we should have the best schools on the planet, right? But every year 30 to 50% of our kids get left behind. Let me repeat, taxes take 4 months of your wages away from you every year. That’s true under Republicans or Democrats!

The Dow would be 20 percent to 30 percent lower, absent the Fed’s finger on the scale. You cannot, understate its impact on corporate earnings. Voters believed that Trump was an outsider bent on fixing things but Trump has only succeeded in making the rich richer and the poor poorer. Chronic unemployment borders on permanence. Real medium household wealth is at a decade low.

Wall Street has disproportionately benefited from the largesse of economic policymakers, from easy TARP terms to a long-stretch of largely free consumer deposits. Corporate profits are breaking records, thanks in no small part to the Federal Reserve—the wealthiest bank in the world.

The Federal Reserve is criminal. Printing over $5 Trillion in phony money and laundering it in the Stock Market is more than a crime. Might be nice to conduct an audit of the U.S. and see what has happened in the last few decades.

Politically, America suffers from a thoroughgoing default of the government on its responsibility to maintain a sound and honest monetary and banking order.

So what should our course of action be? In ’06 we voted out the republican congress to end the war, and yet, instead we got a surge. We dutifully called our Senators during the first bailouts in opposition 100 to 1, and yet, instead we get even more bailouts for automakers.

Obama (and now Trump) has promoted everyone from the previous administration from David Petraeus to Robert Mueller how was that change? It’s not. That’s not change by any stretch of the imagination.

We have voted out the whole top tier of the American government and the thugs and criminals are still there, still in power, as brutal as ever.

We’ve allowed our country to be taken from us, for the benefit of the few and the total decimation of the vast many.

You know what a bunch of Ivy-league frat boys in Washington really is? They are the same television show as the WWF (World Wrestling Federation), with the cartoonish characters, the false bluster, and the staged animosities and skirmishes. It’s all for show and none of it is the slightest bit real.

They just go home to their estates and their dynasties during congressional breaks and be smug. Their dreams are completely materialistic and they give no acknowledgement of the damage that their failure to perform their jobs does to the masses of their countrymen.

Our elections have become a bazaar for special interest and corporations, our representatives are merely middlemen and women between the self interest of corporate America and the law making process.

The puppets in charge are just that- puppets. They are put there to give us the illusion of free will and a choice. This somehow placates people.  It is necessary for all men and women of good conscience to stand up and be counted. To say, “Enough is enough.” To demand an end to the corporate control of our politicians and political system.

The only thing actually worth dying for at this point is Electoral Reform, everything else is a nit.

In Washington the corruption is so endemic that you just have to think “Really, do we have to vote for these people?” Could we really put pressure on our country to hold elections that were free and fair? Both political parties are thugs, and their not just going to give up power.

“It is not the function of our Government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the Government from falling into error.” in American Communication Association v. Douds, 339 U.S.  382, 442

The U.S. has more people in prison than any country in the world. Circumventing the elections as far back as Richard Nixon (and he didn’t go to jail did he?) Even when exposed “the system” protects the corporate and government crooks and criminals.

Our politicians pimp for weapons manufacturers which kill millions. Likewise irresponsible drug companies. It’s funny what some people find necessary to get outraged about, though.

American public education ranks 29th out of 33 industrialized nations. America has one of the worst education systems where ‘we the people’ pay twice as much to teach our children less. Germany, Japan, Canada all pay half what Americans pay and receive a better education.

Knowing that they are out numbered and out gunned they devised a plan to keep us divided and conquered always fighting among ourselves over trifling wedge issues. The real problem is not white and black or legal against illegals, woman versus man, the real problem is that the rich steal from the poor. Don’t laugh, the super rich created the national debt with bailouts, QE, and the military industrial complex with no bid contracts, the poor didn’t profit from the wars but the rich do.

Americans spend ten times more on defense than any other country on the planet. American tax payers have been conned out of 250 million dollars a day since 9/11 for this phony war on terror. And with the best equipped and best trained military in the world, we, for some reason, can not beat a bunch of goat herders, who don’t have an air force, a navy or even military budget. That’s war profiteering at it’s most worse.

And so far, the US military’s only accomplishment has been to lower the price of street heroin. Matter of a fact, the prices have never been lower and the quality has never been higher.

The U.S. government is subsidizing the extremely wealthy, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and then Donald Trump cut taxes for the super rich. The debt isn’t going away though is it? Each year it gets worse, so who’s going to pay the national debt if the rich get a tax cut? The poor will pay with fewer services and higher taxes, that’s who.

According to analysis from the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP), 60 Fortune 500 companies avoided paying all federal income tax in 2018 (with their total average effective tax rate being roughly -5%).

Your politicians are in on it, let that sink in for a minute. How, by investing (owning stocks in defense contractors) in the very companies they legislate and then they give themselves a tax cut leaving you to pay their bills. Who do you think is going to pay when only the super rich get a tax cut? And then they cut services for the poor because the debt is out-of-control. But the US government gives three times the amount of welfare to profitable companies as they do to poor people while you are constantly told that the debt is all your fault. It’s not.

Think about that for a second, profitable corporations get $170b in handouts each year from our taxes.

Who bailed out the banks? Who controls the Federal Reserve and who prints the money? Anyone remember ’08? And the housing bubble caused by the government easing first time buyer restrictions? It’s all rigged.

Republicans and Democrats have even screwed our children. Trump cut $8Billion from public education. How will our kids compete in the global economy without an education, they won’t and they will suffer. U.S. public schools rank 29th out of 34 industrialized nations.

The US needs to address its healthcare crisis, crumbling infrastructure and skyrocketing national debt. The US cannot afford to get embroiled in another archaic ethnic/religious conflict in the Middle East.

Democrats and the Republicans hate the Constitution because they hate our freedoms. Proof is in the illegal PATRIOT ACT, NSA spying on US citizens to no kneeling national anthem protesting.

Democrat or republican it’s the same damn drug war. Democrat or republican it’s the same damn wars overseas and the same blood for oil. Democrat or republican it’s the same graft and corruption and the same trampling on the Constitution. Democrat or republican yet it’s the same dark money, the same lobbyist and the same national debt. It’s the same exact bullshit.

From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to complacency; From complacency to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage. One thing is certain, no matter what there’s no shortage for Wall Street Bonuses!

As Citizens for Tax Justice and USPIRG reported, 280 large and profitable corporations contributed $216 million to Congressional campaigns over four election cycles and got nearly a quarter of a trillion dollars in tax breaks.

That’s a terrific investment for them – a return of more than a thousand to one – but it’s a bad deal for the American people. has every candidates funding/spending as required by law and clearly shows both Trump and Obama’s major contributors were/are Wall street/big banks.

I’ve lived in this Christian society/zoo my whole life and I can tell you that in America the only thing that Christians ever care about is money and booty calls, I’m on a whole other level. The real problem in America is that my brothers and sisters are willing to accept whatever crumbs your corporate masters are willing to still give you.

It’s the biggest fraud in history. $22 trillion transferred from the richest country on the planet. And no one’s safe, we could all die here today. And where are the police when you need one? Nowhere to be found. Everyone’s left to fend for themselves; like anarchy USA, the police only show up after the fact to draw chalk lines, harass the wrong clan and arrest the wrong man.

Truth be told, America is 5% of the world’s population but consumes 50% of the world’s resources. It ain’t rocket science, you refuse to clean up your own mess, pollution, global warming. Or even admit that there is a mess. You will instead leave your children with astronomical pollution that you refuse to clean up and astronomical debt that can never be paid back because you live on credit/debt. While constantly brainwashing us that capitalism is superior but reality check, without the bailouts, the debt and QE Americans wouldn’t even have a pot to piss in. And while you toot your own horn, you will leave your children a worse world than the one that you inherited.

Scientists endorse mass civil disobedience to force climate action so shut it down, they won’t listen any other way. No work. No school. No shopping. No planes. No trains. No buses for one day. Shut it down or die tryin’, VOTE STRIKE because voting has not worked anyways.

Do not expect your fellow Americans to do a damn thing except to pollute more, borrow more and care less. Americans are the problem not the solution, always have been, always will be. Americans tortured the Indians, stole their land, their resources and everything they had. Not satisfied, Americans kidnapped the blacks, raped, tortured and stole their labor for over 300 years and how do white Christians pay them back today? With racism and bigotry that’s how.

While there is a vast amount of information out there documenting America’s crimes against humanity, they will not listen or “wake up” because they are the criminals who profit from raping and plundering the whole world over. They will instead ignore you, disparage you, smear you, attack the messenger and so on. Don’t believe me though just ask anyone dumb enough to exercise their right to free speech and see how fast they were blacklisted and shadow banned so that they could never work again or worse. And Americans don’t care. Instead of fighting their corporate masters they will line up outside for days to buy whatever child slave labor gadget they come out with this year.

Social media, that was once a tool to change the discourse, give voice to the voiceless and push for social justice, has now become a trap used by governments to haunt and silence us. It is being used to propagate misinformation and spread propaganda on a greater scale than ever before

The US Government uses these social media platforms as weapons of mass surveillance, to manipulate the dialogue and push their own version of the story.

Bill Clinton signed the disastrous Telecommunications bill and now every book, magazine, news station, radio station, television station, newspaper and movie producers are owned by six giant multinational corporations which control everything we see, hear and think.

Even worse than that: Under Obama, as Business Insider reported, “The NDAA Legalizes The Use Of Propaganda On The US Public.”

Jan 19 2019, (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump said he signed into law a bill renewing the National Security Agency‘s warrantless internet surveillance program, sealing a defeat for digital privacy advocates.

No longer is the government simply collecting information now so that the data is available to search, should a reasonable suspicion arise at some point in the future; the NSA is searching everything now – in real time and without suspicion – merely on the chance that it finds something of interest.

The government is searching every communication in case we say or type something suspicious, the NSA has converted the internet into a tool of pervasive surveillance.

The US Department of Homeland Security has posted a contract request for “Media Monitoring Services,” with the aim of compiling a database of journalists, bloggers and “media influencers” for the government.

They are transforming the Internet into the greatest tool of surveillance that humanity has ever seen, and if we stay on the road that we are currently on it is only a matter of time until our society becomes a hellish dystopian nightmare.  I wish that this was an exaggeration, but it isn’t.  Over the past couple of decades, the Internet has completely changed the way that we all communicate with one another.  At one time, all forms of mass communication were tightly controlled by the elite, but the Internet suddenly allowed us to communicate with one another on a massive scale without having to go through their gatekeepers.  This radically altered the landscape, and at first the elite were unsure of how to respond to this growing threat.  There was no way that they could roll back time to an era before the Internet was invented, and so they have decided to use it for their own insidious purposes instead.

Today, the Internet has become the centerpiece of their “Big Brother surveillance grid”, and they are gathering information on all of us on a scale that has never been seen before in all of human history.

If you use the Internet, the technocratic elite know virtually everything about you.  And as we have seen so frequently in recent months, they also have the power to “deplatform” those that they do not like.

The information that the elite have about all of us will continue to grow, as will their desire to punish those that think or act “offensively”.  But in the process of creating a “utopia”, they will actually be creating an authoritarian nightmare.

But of course it was never going to stop there.  Over the past couple of years we have started to watch the elite use all of this information to punish those that are doing or saying things that they do not like.

What we write here for the intelligentsia doesn’t really mean anything to anyone. The streets aren’t going to notice what we write or don’t write on the internet. The only people reading some free blog aren’t going to change anything or rise up with me against their corporate masters. For you the reader this is just entertainment but for me this is my life and I don’t have the time to waste on lames and snitches and end up like Edward Snowden or Julian Assange. That’s real talk.

I’ve got ninety nine problems but my girl ain’t one. I’m talking about people who want to cut me up with a bone saw so they have to bury me in a closed casket. But you can’t understand me. You live in a vanilla white world where the cops are your friends and the politicians who screw you will also get your votes and your monetary contributions. Because you’re a special kind of stupid if you really believe that the very system which threw us under a bus will now allow us to vote ourselves out of the very mess which they created.

How it is we have so much information, but know so little?

The US is no longer a democracy. It has been turned into a lobbyist’s paradise in which the lobbyists are no longer confined to the lobby but have installed themselves in congressional offices and are drafting prodigious quantities of legislation to suit the private interests of corporations and oligarchs.

Laissez-faire capitalism is also very much dead, supplanted by crony capitalism nurtured by a thorough melding of Washington and Wall Street elites. Private enterprise is no longer free but concentrated in a handful of giant corporations while about a third of the employed population in the US works in the public sector. The US Department of Defense is the largest single employer in the country as well as in the whole world.

America has done quite well in militarizing its local police departments, so that when the time comes it will be ready to go to war… against itself.

We have entered, at the end of the industrial age, a phase of growth where we must incarcerate an ever-expanding number of people to sustain the growth of all the companies profiting from law enforcement, crime, imprisonment and war. And the overheated stock market must grow or collapse. The reason this nation spends five dollars on prisons for every one dollar on higher education – even after seven straight years of falling crime rates – is because there is more profit in it in the current economic model.

Hell, we have turned police departments into profit making entities through asset forfeiture. This is insane! This economic model is patently no more sustainable than a snake eating its own tail can be considered nourishment.

New enforcement programs involving HUD and the Department of Justice- along with their corresponding butchery of the Constitution – show an emerging police state already. The conduct of Congress and the White House and the CIA further demonstrate the arrogance, and the ever-increasing sloppiness of a system out of control.

The veneer, the illusion that we live under the rule of law cracks before our eyes, grows thinner and ever more difficult to sell with each passing minute.

As rich countries, strip poorer countries of their natural resources in an attempt to re-stabilize their own, the people of poor countries become increasingly desperate. This deteriorating situation, besides pressuring rich countries to allow increased immigration, further exacerbates already stretched political tensions and threatens global political and economic security.

The rich have forced us into debt while shipping our jobs overseas. Now we have an emerging police state and a federal government that is completely out-of-control. They already own our politicians and our political system.

The beauty of our system is that it isolates everybody. Each person is sitting alone in front of the tube, you know. It’s very hard to have ideas or thoughts under those circumstances. You can’t fight the world alone.

Responsibility I believe accrues through privilege. People like you and me have an unbelievable amount of privilege and therefore we have a huge amount of responsibility. We live in free societies where we are not afraid of the police; we have extraordinary wealth available to us by global standards. If you have those things, then you have the kind of responsibility that a person does not have if he or she is slaving seventy hours a week to put food on the table; a responsibility at the very least to inform yourself about power. Beyond that, it is a question of whether you believe in moral certainties or not.

There are two problems for our species’ survival – nuclear war and environmental catastrophe – and we’re hurtling towards them. Knowingly.

Our only real hope for democracy is that we get the money out of politics entirely and establish a system of publicly funded elections.

Look folks, in our system, we the people are suppose to send these jokers to Washington to fix something and then they are suppose to return to their normal professions. Our founding fathers never envisioned, meant or anticipated for “career politicians” who suck off the public treasury and enrich themselves with stock purchases on industries they are writing laws for.

When the Supreme court granted citizenship to corporations it should have been obvious that we the people lost one branch of government to corruption. With the legal authority granted by the Supreme court to corporations to buy our political process the foxes were in the hen house and we lost another branch of government to corruption.

Voting has led to the continuation of one corrupt party or the other.

It is self-indulgence to refuse to support a party that is genuinely guilty of corruption and incompetence, but it is doing one’s duty to lend grudging support to that party four years later despite the fact that this party has not meaningfully changed in the meantime? This doesn’t make sense. What better time is there for withholding political support from a party than in the wake of its many failures? A person might be demonstrating partisan loyalty by backing a party under those circumstances, but he wouldn’t be performing a “duty.” If anything, he might even be shirking his civic duty by endorsing political leadership that he knows to be unfit for the sake of the advantage of his “side.” Citizens certainly have duties and obligations, but reliably supporting a party no matter how it performs in office isn’t one of them.

Many of the failures came about partly because most conservatives and progressives fell in line, deferred to party leaders, and did their “duty” to their party by continuing to support it even when it was leading them and the country towards disaster. It doesn’t bode well for the future if conservatives and progressives are ready to fall back into that same pattern.

Many people want to blame one administration or another because that’s easy. It isn’t true, it’s not any one administration, the system isn’t broke, it’s rigged.
